As a first generation immigrant,I aim to explore temporal and migratory spaces. I want to explore thedis-identification of the existence of an identity with the intersection ofboth trauma and nostalgia in contemporary language, subjected to this from where I was born Havana, Cuba to now where I currently work Miami, Florida. A area consisting of various cross-sections of culture through the Latinx and Caribbean diaspora not just inflecting on my self but the community. The properties of disidentification that occur in the formation of my identity is due to this multi cultural area I find my self present in.
